Over time, we have become less interested in gold medals figuratively or literally. As a result there are different ideas over what the acronym GMB stands for, and the possibilities are endless. Although the acronym itself can have different meanings, in the context of fitness, it is all about building that perfect body. There are there are three key attributes which are crucial in case you’d wish to get a gold medal body. These attributes are strength, flexibility, and control plus they are addressed at various levels in workouts.

When you lift heavy boxes as you help your friends or family move, carry your luggage through the airport or can do the bodyweight moves like the planche and human flag, these are great examples of an excellent level of strength. You pick up heavy things to build more strength or might push. In the event of bodyweight movement, you can move quite easily since you might have more strength. When you work on building more strength for a particular thing, you will make great progress in building a gold medal body.

When one has excellent flexibility, you may see it easily.
